On 8-2-12 at approximately 4:30 a.m., Sergeant J.D. Hart observed three (3) individuals allegedly acting suspiciously in the 1000 block of Williams Court Alley.

All three (3) were interviewed with several officers conducting a search of the immediate area to determine if any crimes had been committed. The search allegedly revealed spray painted graffiti on five (5) different trash dumpsters and six (6) different businesses. Paint cans matching the colors used in the destruction of properties were also allegedly located by officers in the alley nearby; with one can allegedly being located behind a police cruiser tire at the point of the suspect interviews.

Scott Anthony Kelley was taken into custody and charged with 11 counts of destruction of property, public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance related to an amphetamine tablet allegedly found in his pocket.

Skyler Wayne Murray was taken into custody and charged with 11 counts of destruction of property and public intoxication.

Katelyn Rene White was taken into custody and charged with one (1) count of destruction of property.

All three (3) were arraigned in Wood County Magistrate Court. Kelley was released on a $1,700.00 bond, Murray was released on a $1,200.00 bond, and White was released on a $1,000.00 PR bond.
