Re: Officers Respond to Reported Stabbing

Officers responded to CCMC this morning at approximately 4:00 a.m. in reference to a stabbing.
Three separate males were interviewed, all having injuries from an alleged altercation. The victims stated they were walking in the 1100 block of Market Street when unknown person(s) approached them, stabbing one (28 yoa) and striking one (20 yoa) over the head with a bottle. The third male (unknown age) had minor abrasions in several locations.
The stabbing injury to the 28 year-old male was in his side with a surgeon set to analyze the injury at the time of the initial report. No update on his injury at this time.
All of the victims reportedly did not want to report the incident or pursue any charges. Officers checked the area that the altercation allegedly occurred but were unable find any additional evidence. The identity of the alleged attacker(s) is still unknown.
