The Parkersburg Police Department and the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant on Friday. April 6, 2018 at a residence located at 600 30th Street. SWAT Officers made entry into the residence at approximately 2100 hours and secured the home without incident. Once the residence was deemed safe, Agents with the PNTF conducted a search of the residence.
Agents located approximately one half ounce of suspected methamphetamine, approximately 4 grams of suspected heroin, digital scales, and a large amount of U.S. Currency.
The resident was identified as Carrie R. Priest, 35 years old. Agents were familiar with this subject after arresting her in December 2017 for drug related charges where she possessed a significant amount of suspected methamphetamine. She was released on bond from the felony arrest in December.
Priest was arrested for two counts of possession with the intent to deliver, methamphetamine and heroin. She was processed and taken before Magistrate Robin Waters. Magistrate Waters set a new bond of $300,000.00 and was remained to custody at the North Central Regional Jail.
